Design
Robust, solid steel construction — extremely low-vibration and stable for precise milling results.
Fixed gantry: only the table moves as the Y axis, so no large masses have to be moved.
Linear guides with guide carriages and ball screws from Bosch Rexroth on all axes.
Clamping area X × Y from 375 × 600 mm (500-H) to 740 × 1500 mm (1500).
Travels up to X 857 mm | Y 1450 mm | Z 210 mm, clearance height Z 250 mm.
The driven nut in the Y axis ensures even better milling results.
Supplied with 20 mm T-slot plate with steel strips.
Optional: vacuum table and swivel head for 5-axis machining.
Control & drive
High Speed Cutting (HSC): with servo technology, traverse speeds up to 30,000 mm/min are possible (rapid traverse approx. 12,000 mm/min).

What is the BZT PFX series?
High Speed Cutting, fixed gantry and high-quality Bosch Rexroth components – optimised for 2D, 2.5D and 3D machining. The PFX series has been specially optimised for 2D, 2.5D and 3D material machining. As a high-performance HSC machine (High Speed Cutting), it is designed for fast and precise machining of aluminium and steel (limited). The fixed gantry integrates the X and Z axes; the table moves as the Y axis. This means fewer masses are moved – the machine works particularly dynamically. Linear guides with guide carriages and ball screws from Bosch Rexroth are used on all axes.
