We ship our products throughout Europe. Depending on size and weight, shipping is carried out by parcel service (DHL) or freight carrier. Self-collection is also available.
Parcel Shipping (DHL)
1–3 business daysFor tools, accessories and smaller components up to 31.5 kg total weight.
Germany
All shipping rates incl. 19% German VAT.
EU Countries (3–7 business days)
Net rates. VAT of the destination country is added at checkout (EU OSS scheme); business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
Freight Shipping
3–10 business daysFor CNC machines, frames and large parts over 31.5 kg. Shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated before dispatch.

You are welcome to collect your order from us by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time.

Items in stock are dispatched as quickly as possible. For custom-made or non-stocked items, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can then track the status of your delivery online at any time.
CNC machines and heavy components are delivered by freight forwarder. Delivery is “kerbside”. Please ensure that suitable unloading equipment (e.g. forklift) is available unless otherwise agreed.
Yes, we deliver to all EU countries. Shipping costs for EU deliveries can be found in our price list. For deliveries outside the EU, we will be happy to provide a custom quote.
