What is the BZT PFU-S series?
Noch robuster als PFU: Gantry-Bauweise, Stahlportal und 25 mm Bosch Rexroth Linearführungen – für präzise, schwingungsarme Bearbeitung. Die Portalfräsmaschine PFU-S ist eine Variante der PFU Baureihe, die noch robuster und stabiler konstruiert und sehr präzise gefertigt ist. Sie wird ausschließlich in der Gantry-Bauweise angeboten: Zwei separate Motoren verfahren links und rechts in der Y-Achse und bewegen das Portal. Dadurch werden Schwingungen während der CNC-Bearbeitung stark reduziert. Mehr Stabilität und Genauigkeit liefern größere seitliche Stahlträger in C-Konstruktion (zum Schutz der Linearführungen) sowie ein zusätzlicher Stahlträger in der X-Achse des Portals. Kugelrollspindeln in allen Achsen sorgen für ausgezeichnete Ergebnisse in der Aluminium-, Kunststoff- und Holzbearbeitung. Optionales Zubehör wie automatischer Werkzeugwechsler, Schwenkkopf, Pneumatikmodul und Vakuumtisch erweitert die Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Komponenten für Lineartechnik, Pneumatik und Sicherheitstechnik stammen u. a. von Bosch Rexroth, Festo, Sick oder Phoenix Contact.
