What is the BZT PFU-S series?
Even more robust than the PFU: gantry design, steel gantry and 25 mm Bosch Rexroth linear guides – for precise, low-vibration machining. The PFU-S gantry milling machine is a variant of the PFU series that is designed to be even more robust and stable and is manufactured to very high precision. It is offered exclusively in gantry design: two separate motors travel on the left and right in the Y axis and move the gantry. This greatly reduces vibrations during CNC machining. Larger lateral steel beams in C design (to protect the linear guides) and an additional steel beam in the X axis of the gantry provide more stability and accuracy. Ball screws in all axes ensure excellent results in aluminium, plastic and wood machining. Optional accessories such as an automatic tool changer, swivel head, pneumatic module and vacuum table extend the range of applications. Components for linear technology, pneumatics and safety technology come from Bosch Rexroth, Festo, Sick and Phoenix Contact, among others.
