Which materials can be machined on a BZT CNC gantry mill?

Depending on the model and spindle: wood and wood composites, plastics (PE, PA, GFRP, CFRP), aluminium and brass. Steel can be machined only to a limited extent, with the PFH and PFX series (engraving and light milling).

Are BZT machines really made in Germany?

Yes. All BZT CNC gantry mills are fully manufactured in-house at our plant in Leopoldshöhe near Bielefeld, Germany. Since our first BZT gantry mill in 2005 we have delivered more than 4,100 machines to 62 countries.

What is the lead time for a BZT CNC machine?

New machines are built to order. The lead time depends on the series and equipment and is stated in the quotation. For used machines from our stock, the quotation also states the delivery date.

What warranty applies to BZT gantry mills?

For business customers, the warranty terms of our General Terms and Conditions apply; for consumers, the statutory warranty applies. Any different arrangements are set out in the order confirmation. We also supply spare parts for older machines. Please ask us whether a specific part is available.
