Seitenteile aus Stahl in C-Konstruktion; verdeckte Führungen schützen sensible Bauteile vor Verschmutzung.
Angetriebene Mutter in der X- und Y-Achse sorgt für hohe Präzision und Laufruhe bei der Bearbeitung von Plattenmaterial.
2 Kugelrollspindeln Ø 25 mm in der Y-Achse (Gantry-Bauweise) mit Spindelunterstützung.
Stabile X-Achse aus Stahlträger 200 x 100 mm mit doppelten Seitenteilen ermöglicht den Einsatz von HF-Spindeln bis zu 15 kW.
Große stabile Z-Achse, für HF-Spindeln bis 15 kW geeignet.
Ergonomische Bauform: Standfüße liegen innen; besonders geeignet für die Plattenbearbeitung.
Control & drive
CNC-Steuerung optional von OSAI, Heidenhain oder Siemens.
Servoantrieb 750 W / 7,16 Nm optional erhältlich.
Optionaler automatischer Werkzeugwechsler, bis zu 2x 8- oder 2x 16-fach-Tellerwechsler am Portal.
Optionen: Vakuumtisch, T-Nutenplatte (15 oder 20 mm), Drehachse/Schwenkkopf für 5-Achs-Bearbeitung.
