Design
Ball screws, linear guides and guide carriages from Bosch Rexroth.
Steel side panels in C design; concealed guides protect sensitive components from contamination.
Driven nut in the X and Y axis ensures high precision and smooth running when machining panel material.
2 ball screws Ø 25 mm in the Y axis (gantry design) with ball screw support.
Stable X axis made of steel beam 200 x 100 mm with double side panels allows the use of HF spindles up to 15 kW.
Large, stable Z axis, suitable for HF spindles up to 15 kW.
Ergonomic design: the feet are positioned on the inside; particularly suitable for panel machining.
Control & drive
CNC control optionally from OSAI, Heidenhain or Siemens.
Servo drive 750 W / 7.16 Nm optionally available.
Optional automatic tool changer, up to 2x 8-position or 2x 16-position disc changer on the gantry.

What is the BZT PFH series?
Maximum stability, precise gantry design and high-quality components – designed for industry, panel machining, mould and model making. With its outstanding stability, the PFH gantry milling machine underlines its capability for maximum precision. The stable steel X axis allows the use of HF spindles up to 15 kW. Gantry design in the Y axis as well as the driven nut in the X and Y axis ensure high precision and smooth running during CNC machining. For industrial use (e.g. CNC panel machining), this gantry milling machine reliably produces first-class results. The clean and precise machining of non-ferrous metals (e.g. Aluminium), plastics and woods is just as possible as – to a limited extent – hard materials such as steel or stainless steel.
