I am a guitar maker and was looking for a CNC milling machine that is well suited for wood, but also capable of machining non-ferrous metals. Mr Behrend from BZT advised me excellently and recommended the PFE 1000, which I have now been using in my production for years. The manufacturing quality of the machine and the control is excellent, it is reliable and accurate, easy to maintain and it runs and runs and runs… Very important to me: I was helped quickly and competently with questions, and when collecting the machine there was a detailed introduction. For me, the higher investment compared to a machine from the Far East has fully paid off.

Since 2012 we have been manufacturing composite components from GRP and carbon fibre sandwich for mega yachts. Almost 3 years ago we decided on the PFE 1500 with high gantry. Since then, parts and moulds 2D and 3D have been milled on the PFE from wood, POM, Plexiglas, GRP, CFRP, rigid foams, tooling block and aluminium – without any problems and almost daily. From purchase to advice and help afterwards, everything at BZT was top. I never had the feeling that something was being sold that the customer does not need. Therefore I can only recommend the milling machines and the service from BZT.

We have now been using our PFH-3520 G for the fifth year. Five stress-free years. A good decision to have purchased exactly this portal milling machine! The quality and PRECISION are well worth the money – nothing wobbles or jerks, circles are round to 1/100th, and once set up, truly precise results are achieved!

We have been using the machine in continuous operation for around 8 months, producing series parts in a 3-shift system. The machine's alignment to our needs was perfectly implemented by BZT, and we were also able to source the required special clamping device through BZT.
