Which materials can a BZT CNC gantry mill machine?

Depending on the model and spindle: wood and wood composites, plastics (PE, PA, GFRP, CFRP), aluminium, brass and — within limits — steel (engraving and light milling). The heavy-duty PFH series is built for continuous aluminium and steel machining.

Are BZT machines really made in Germany?

Yes. All BZT CNC gantry mills are fully manufactured in-house at our plant in Leopoldshöhe near Bielefeld, Germany. Since 1995 we have delivered more than 4,100 machines to 62 countries.

What is the lead time for a BZT CNC machine?

Because every machine is built to order, the current lead time is six to ten weeks from order confirmation. Used machines from our stock are usually available immediately.

What warranty does BZT offer on its gantry mills?

We provide a 24-month warranty on mechanics and electronics for all new machines. Long-term service and spare-parts supply are guaranteed — we still ship spare parts for machines built in the 1990s.
