Design
High-precision ball screws on all axes (X + Y 25 x 10 mm, Z 16 x 5 mm) from Bosch Rexroth.
Linear guides and guide carriages from Bosch Rexroth (35 mm on the Y axis, 25 mm on the X and Z axes).
Rigid, low-vibration steel frame construction for the highest manufacturing quality.
Driven nuts on the X and Y axes provide even better milling results in the surfaces.
Gantry design: 2 ball screws on the Y axis Ø 25 mm up to 4.5 m (from 5 m length on the Y axis precision racks).
Travels up to 6000 x 2000 mm for the largest possible panel formats.
Large, rigid Z axis, suitable for HF spindles up to 15 kW.
Dead weight of the gantry approx. 1 tonne (PFG-S 3020).

What is the BZT PFG-S series?
For large-format panel machining, tall Z axis and industrial precision – designed for powerful HF spindles and maximum smooth running. The PFG-S CNC milling machine is a further development for CNC milling operations with the largest possible panel formats in plastic, light metal or wood. High-precision ball screws and additional driven nuts provide even better milling results in the surfaces. The robust steel gantry enables powerful and precise machining. The dead weight of a gantry in this series is approx. one tonne at a machine width of two metres. The large, rigid Z axis is suitable for HF spindles up to 15 kW; the gantry is available in three heights (400 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm).
