Workpiece Clamping and Fixturing Technology
The correct workpiece clamping is crucial for precise milling results. Our range includes T-slot nuts and clamping claws for solid and hollow chamber panels, centring machine vices as well as complete vacuum tables with modules and through-milling mats. For flexible fixturing, we recommend our BZT stop rails with T-slot nuts.
Tool Holders and Collets
Matching your milling motor or HF spindle, we stock collets in all common systems: ER16, ER20 as well as collets for Kress, AMB, Mafell and Suhner. The 43 mm Euro-neck holder is our best-selling adapter product. We also offer 65 mm and 80 mm spindle holders as well as automatic tool changers.
Lubrication, Cooling and Extraction
Our INDUOIL high-performance oil HL-3 and MDE minimum quantity lubrication ensure longer tool life. The BZT maintenance kit for Bosch-Rexroth guide carriages keeps your linear axes in top condition. For clean chip disposal, you will find cyclone separators from 20 to 60 litres as well as Kärcher-compatible extraction systems with us.
Measuring Technology and Tool Length Sensors
Our BZT tool length sensors enable automatic measurement of milling cutters directly in the machine. In combination with a BZT CNC control system, tool changing can be handled fully automatically — for maximum productivity with minimal setup effort.

What accessories do I need to get started?
That depends heavily on your application. For woodworking, a T-slot table and extraction system are often sufficient. For metalworking (aluminium/steel), we recommend a cooling system (MMS), a vice and more robust cutters. Our sales team will be happy to put together a custom starter package for you.
Are BZT accessories compatible with other brands?
Yes, many of our components follow industry standards. Our routers have standard shank diameters, our collets (ER standard) fit into commonly available tool holders, and our vacuum tables can often be adapted. For electronic components (controllers, drives), however, we recommend a check by our support team.
Can I upgrade my CNC router later?
Absolutely. That is one of BZT's strengths. Almost all of our series are prepared for retrofitting. Typical upgrades include switching from a simple milling spindle to a high-frequency spindle with a tool changer, retrofitting an enclosure (housing), or integrating a 4th axis.
