Nozzles for Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL)
With minimum quantity lubrication, the lubricant is applied in small quantities directly to the cutting edge of the tool. This reduces friction and heat generation during milling, particularly when machining aluminium, and supports longer tool life. The range on this page includes drip nozzles (TDF, TDF-S, TDF-L, TDL) and double nozzles (DDS, DDS-F, DDF, DDF-L, DDL) in various versions. Sacrificial Mats for Vacuum Tables
Sacrificial mats lie between the vacuum table and the workpiece. They let the negative pressure for clamping the workpiece through and protect the table surface when the tool cuts through the material during contour milling. Vacuum Gauges for Checking Workpiece Clamping
The vacuum gauge shows the negative pressure present in the vacuum system. This makes it possible to check before milling whether the clamping force is sufficient for the workpiece that has been placed on the table.
