Mit dem BZT CNC-Bausatz bauen Sie Ihre eigene Portalfräsmaschine in Industriequalität selbst auf. Der Grundbausatz enthält alle mechanischen Präzisionskomponenten: gefräste Aluminium-Profilteile, Kugelrollspindeln, Linearführungen und Schrittmotoren – alles Made in Germany.
Der Bausatz basiert auf der bewährten BZT Serie PF und bietet die gleiche Fertigungsqualität wie unsere Komplettmaschinen. Sie sparen Montagekosten und gewinnen dabei tiefes Verständnis für Ihre Maschine – ideal für technisch versierte Anwender und Bildungseinrichtungen.
Die CNC-Steuerung, Software und Fräsmotor/HF-Spindel können separat nach Ihren individuellen Anforderungen gewählt werden. So konfigurieren Sie Ihre Maschine genau für Ihren Einsatzzweck – ob Holzbearbeitung, Modellbau, Prototyping oder Aluminium-Fräsen.
Frequently asked questions about the CNC kit
What is included in the BZT CNC kit?
The basic kit contains all mechanical components: precision-milled aluminium frame parts, ball screws with fixed/floating bearing combination, linear guides on all axes, stepper motors, couplings, limit switches and all connecting elements. Not included are the CNC controller, router motor/spindle and software – these can be selected separately to suit your specific application.
What prior knowledge do I need for assembly?
Basic technical knowledge and manual skills are helpful. You should be able to handle screw connections and understand the fundamentals of electrical engineering (for connecting motors and the control system). BZT supplies a detailed assembly manual. Depending on experience, assembly takes approximately 2–4 days.
Can I expand or upgrade the kit later?
Yes, that is a major advantage of the modular BZT system. You can subsequently retrofit a more powerful spindle, an automatic tool changer, a 4th axis (rotary axis), a vacuum table or an enclosure. All BZT components are compatible with each other, and the modular system grows with your requirements.
Does BZT offer support with assembling the kit?
Yes, BZT offers telephone support and email advice during setup. There is also an active community of BZT users who share their experiences. For a professional start, we also offer software training so that you can set up and use your machine optimally.
