Die richtige Schmierung und Kühlung ist entscheidend für Präzision, Oberflächenqualität und Lebensdauer Ihrer CNC-Fräsmaschine. Im BZT Shop finden Sie speziell abgestimmte Hochleistungsöle, Schmierfette und Kühlsysteme für den CNC-Betrieb.
Unsere INDUOIL Hochleistungsöle wurden für die besonderen Anforderungen von Linearführungen, Kugelrollspindeln und Spindellagern entwickelt. Sie bieten hervorragenden Verschleißschutz, sind temperaturstabil und gewährleisten gleichmäßige Schmiereigenschaften über lange Standzeiten.
Für die Werkzeugkühlung bei der Metallbearbeitung bieten wir Minimalmengenschmier-Systeme (MMS), die den Werkzeugverschleiß reduzieren und bessere Oberflächen erzielen. Das spart Kühlmittel und hält den Arbeitsbereich sauber – ideal für CNC-Portalfräsen ohne geschlossene Einhausung.
Regelmäßige Wartung mit den richtigen Schmierstoffen verlängert die Lebensdauer Ihrer Maschine erheblich. Unsere Wartungssets enthalten alles, was Sie für die Pflege von Führungen und Spindeln benötigen.
Frequently asked questions about lubrication and cooling
How often do I need to lubricate my CNC router?
The linear guides and ball screws should be re-lubricated every 50–100 operating hours, and more frequently in heavy dust conditions (e.g. woodworking). The BZT maintenance kits contain grease cartridges for Rexroth guide carriages, making re-lubrication easy. Ball screws are lubricated with drip oil.
Which oil is suitable for CNC linear guides?
For linear guides we recommend INDUOIL HL-6 (ISO VG 68) – a high-quality lubricating oil with very good adhesive properties and corrosion protection. For ball screws, the thinner INDUOIL HL-1 or HL-3 is suitable. Never use universal oils such as WD-40, as these can damage the lubricant film of the bearings.
What is Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MMS)?
In minimum quantity lubrication, a fine oil mist is sprayed directly onto the cutting edge of the tool – just a few millilitres per hour. Compared to flood cooling, MQL is cleaner, more economical and more environmentally friendly. Particularly when machining aluminium on open portal milling machines, MQL is the preferred cooling method.
Does the BZT maintenance kit contain everything I need?
The BZT maintenance kit for Bosch Rexroth guide carriages contains special grease cartridges that are inserted directly into the lubrication nipples of the guide carriages. For a complete maintenance service, you will also need drip oil for the ball screws (INDUOIL HL-1 or HL-3) and, if necessary, multi-purpose grease for other bearing points.
