Unser Sortiment umfasst Elte HF-Spindeln von 1 kW bis 7 kW: Die kompakte 1 kW / 50.000 U/min Spindel mit ISO10-Aufnahme eignet sich hervorragend für Gravur- und Feinarbeiten. Die leistungsstarken 2,2 kW (SK20) und 7 kW (SK30) Modelle sind für anspruchsvolle Fräsarbeiten in Holz, Kunststoff und Aluminium konzipiert.
Alle Elte-Spindeln zeichnen sich durch Keramiklager, hohe Rundlaufgenauigkeit und lange Standzeiten aus. Die pneumatische Werkzeugspannung ermöglicht sekundenschnelle Werkzeugwechsel – ideal in Kombination mit einer BZT CNC-Steuerung und einem passenden Werkzeugwechsler-Magazin.

Frequently asked questions about Elte HF spindles
What does ATC mean for HF spindles?
ATC stands for Automatic Tool Changer – automatic tool change. ATC spindles have a pneumatically actuated tool clamping system that is opened and closed via the CNC control. This allows the machine to independently switch between different milling cutters, drills or engraving tools during the program – without manual intervention.
Which Elte spindle is suitable for beginners?
For getting started with automatic tool change technology, we recommend the Elte 2.2 kW with SK20 spindle mount. It offers sufficient power for wood, plastic and aluminium, is compact enough for PF machines, and the SK20 system is cost-effective in terms of tool holders. The 1 kW / ISO10 is ideal if you mainly do engraving.
What is the difference between ISO10, SK20 and SK30?
The designations describe the tool holder size. ISO10 is the smallest (for micro/engraving tools up to approx. 6 mm shank), SK20 is the medium (tools up to approx. 13 mm) and SK30 is the largest (tools up to approx. 20 mm). Larger holders mean more rigidity and larger tools, but also higher weight and costs for tool holders.
Can I retrofit an Elte spindle to my existing BZT machine?
Yes, all Elte spindles can be retrofitted to BZT portal milling machines. Required items include: a suitable spindle mount (bracket), a frequency inverter for speed control, a compressed air supply for tool clamping and, if necessary, water cooling. BZT offers retrofit kits and technical advice for integration.
