Universal-Steuerungen (U-ST-Serie)
Die U-ST-Serie ist der bewährte Einstieg in die CNC-Welt. Per USB an Ihren PC angeschlossen, steuern Sie bis zu 4 Achsen mit der mitgelieferten BZT CNC-Software. Die U-ST 43.3 (3 Achsen, ab 1.245 €) und U-ST 44.3 (4 Achsen, ab 1.155 €) eignen sich ideal für Einsteiger und semiprofessionelle Anwender.
Ethernet-Steuerungen (E-ST-Serie)
Die E-ST-Serie bietet höhere Auflösung und schnellere Datenübertragung über Ethernet. Die E-ST 63.3 (3 Achsen, ab 1.364 €) und E-ST 64.3 (4 Achsen, ab 1.463 €) sind die Wahl für anspruchsvolle Fräsarbeiten mit höheren Verfahrgeschwindigkeiten. Für den industriellen Einsatz bieten wir die E-STP IP Profi-Serie mit Schutzgehäuse (ab 2.244 €) sowie die E-STCL-Serie mit Closed-Loop-Motoren (ab 2.497 €) für maximale Positionsgenauigkeit.

What is the difference between the BZT control series?
BZT offers three control series: The U-ST series (from €1,155) is the proven universal control with USB connection for beginners and semi-professional users. The E-ST series (from €1,278) is the Ethernet-based control with higher resolution and faster data transfer. The E-STP IP Profi (from €2,244) additionally offers an IP-rated enclosure and extended functions for continuous industrial operation. All controls are available in 3-axis and 4-axis variants.
Which CNC software is compatible with BZT controllers?
All BZT controllers work with the supplied BZT CNC software, which is specially optimised for our machines. In addition, they are compatible with common CNC programs such as Mach3 and Mach4. For CAD/CAM programming, we recommend Vectric software (VCarve, Aspire) or Cadascam — both generate G-code that can be sent directly to the controller.
Can I upgrade my existing CNC control system?
Yes, an upgrade is possible in most cases. Typical upgrades: from 3-axis to 4-axis (for a rotary axis), from USB to Ethernet control (higher speed), or to the Pro series with closed-loop motors. When changing the control system, the stepper motors, drivers and cabling must be matched to each other — our technical team will support you with the configuration.
What else do I need besides the control system?
A BZT CNC control system is a complete package comprising control electronics, driver stages and a power supply unit. In addition, you will need: a PC or laptop with a USB or Ethernet port, the CNC software (included in the scope of delivery), as well as a high-frequency spindle or a router motor with a suitable frequency inverter. Optionally, we recommend a CNC USB handwheel for manual traversing and setup.
