Hiteco HF-Spindeln – Industrielle Hochfrequenzspindeln für CNC-Fräsen

Im BZT Shop finden Sie Hiteco HF-Spindeln von 3,6 kW bis 10 kW mit Drehzahlen bis 36.000 U/min. Alle Modelle sind für den industriellen Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt und verfügen über Keramik-Hybridlager, automatische Werkzeugspannung und integrierte Temperatursensoren.
Die Hiteco-Spindeln sind mit verschiedenen Werkzeugaufnahmen erhältlich: SK30 für vielseitigen Einsatz, HSK63 für maximale Präzision bei hohen Drehzahlen und HSK E40 als kompakte Alternative. Alle Aufnahmen sind kompatibel mit unseren automatischen Werkzeugwechslern.

Frequently asked questions about Hiteco HF spindles
What is a high-frequency spindle and what are its advantages?
A high-frequency spindle (HF spindle) is driven directly by an integrated electric motor – without belts or gears. Advantages: extremely high speeds (up to 60,000 rpm), low-vibration and low-wear operation, high concentricity accuracy and long service life. They are particularly suitable for fine machining, HSC milling and use with automatic tool changers.
Which Hiteco spindle is suitable for my CNC machine?
For BZT portal milling machines of the PF/PFK series, we recommend the 3.6–7.5 kW models with SK30 tool holder. For industrial applications with higher material removal rates, the 8–10 kW variants with HSK63 are suitable. The choice depends on the material (wood/plastic vs. metal), the desired spindle speed and the tool change system.
What is the difference between SK30 and HSK63?
SK30 (steep taper) is the widespread standard tool holder, robust and versatile. HSK63 (hollow shank taper) offers higher repeat accuracy, better concentricity and is optimised for spindle speeds above 24,000 rpm. HSK is preferred in CNC machining centres, while SK30 is the most common holder for gantry routers.
Do I need a water cooling system for the Hiteco spindle?
Hiteco spindles are water-cooled spindles – cooling is therefore absolutely essential. The water cooling system enables compact designs with high power output and ensures a constant temperature during continuous operation. We offer suitable industrial water chillers as accessories.
